👉 My pass isn't activated, why?

You need to activate your pass with your activation code. Normally, you received it by email when you made your purchase. Otherwise, go to your profile, then in "manage my passes", you'll be able to find your code. Then go to "activate a pass" to... activate your pass obviously!
